Returns and Refunds
Our goal is your satisfaction. Our standard return policy is 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are usually unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The issue must be a noticeable defect (not a problem with your smartphone, for example).
Perishable items, such as gift cards, cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (when applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
**Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)**
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at adenacontacto@gmail.com.
**Exchanges (if applicable)**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us by clicking here.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Upon request, we can (possibly) provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
